Requirements:

• Looking for candidates with extensive international exposure and experience in a similar capacity.
• Experience in the cruise industry a plus.
• Pre-opening experience a strong advantage.
• Candidates are required to have excellent knowledge and presentation skills for European Cuisine.
• You will have excellent proven man management skills and the ability to work in a diverse cultural environment.
• Fluent English required.

Executive Sous Chef required for luxury resort in Dubai

 

Luxurious resort comprises of 3 hotels, 18 F&B outlets overall with a kitchen brigade of 160 chefs approx. 

Minimum requirements: 

- At least 2 years experience as Sous Chef or above in 2/3 star Michelin establishments and/or 5* luxury chain hotels in Europe 

- Formal European culinary education & excellent technical culinary skills 

- Strong people leadership skills 

- Ability to meet all quality, hygiene & operating standards with understanding of HACCP 

- Excellent culinary training skills 

- Previous experience of working within culturally diverse team
