DAWN, a Pakistani newspaper is reporting the recent crash of a Russian-made military transport helicopter may have been caused by overloading. Their inquiry revealed that the aircraft was rated to carry 32 people and when it crashed there were 41 security personnel onboard. Unfortunately all onboard were killed. The investigation continues.
