According to an article (link below) from the state-run Russian news service, RIA Novosti, Vitaly Lopota, the director of the Russian space company Energia, described on Wednesday some of the more "exotic" plans the company is considering for using nuclear power in space. Energia's possible nuclear projects include military satellites, "space tugs", and a moon-based power plant.
