Air France may resume flights between Paris and the Libyan capital Tripoli after more than two decades. Flights between the two capitals were stopped following the 1989 crash of UTA Flight 772 in the Sahara Desert. Crash investigators found traces of explosives on the wreckage, and French officials blamed Libya's intelligence service for ordering the bombing of the aircraft.
