Dec 27, 2010 — The second satellite meant to deliver consumer broadband service to parts of Europe was successfully placed in orbit Sunday (12/26). The KA-SAT was launched aboard a Proton Breeze M rocket from the Baikonur Cosmodrome in Kazakhstan.
