V.Hospitality is currently seeking a qualified and experienced “Head Butler” for an upscale property located in the bay of St Tropez (France) area.
This is an excellent opportunity to participate in the launch of a brand new concept for the property, formerly a well-established luxury hotel.
Our ideal candidate will have confirmed experience within top end Private and/or Royal Estates and/or Ambassador Residences managing the daily operations of a core team of 20 people minimum (up to 60 staff according to property occupancy) including F&B and house-keeping.
Previous additional experience in an upscale hotel and/or resort environment in an international environment would be preferred.
You will have the proven ability to manage, motivate & train your team to achieve a level of service above and beyond guest expectations at all times.
Candidates must have legal status to work within the EU. Fluent English and French are required.
Salary/conditions will be discussed once candidate has been pre-selected for the role and will be based on experience and qualification level.
