New Orleans hosts 10 days of music, food and culture. Hundreds of singers and bands will perform blues, jazz and gospel music across the city including Billy Joel, Maroon 5 and Fleetwood Mac. Food favourites such as Cajun jambalaya, alligator pie, Louisiana crawfish and boudin will be on offer.
