Venezuelan Military Helicopter Crashes, 18 Dead

During his weekly national address Venezuelan President Hugo Chavez announced that a military helicopter had crashed near the border with Colombia killing all 18 people on board. Among the dead is Gen. Domingo Faneite, the commander of Operational Theater No. 2. No cause for the crash has been given.
