White House "Clarifies" Biden's Remarks on Public Transportation

The White House has had to do a bit of damage control after Vice President Joe Biden on Thursday seemed to tell Americans to avoid commercial air travel and public transportation in light of the current A/H1N1 flu outbreak. Biden made his remarks on the Today Show yesterday morning and by the afternoon White House Press Secretary Robert Gibbs was answering questions about Biden's comments, and "clarifying" what Biden "meant" to say.
