May 17, 2010 — A helicopter carrying a Philippine governor crashed into a residential part of Lucena City on Monday. The four people on board, including Governor Rafael Nantes, who is the incumbent governor of Quezon, were killed. At least one and maybe two people on the ground also were killed.
