* Minimum 6 years experience in business development within China
* Mandarin speaking preferred
* Specialist in travel, MICE & leisure
* Experience within large hotels and strong net worker
* Strong communicator and dynamic personality
* Design, implement & facilitate annual business plans
* Able to negotiate commercial outcomes and secure new business
* Passion for planning, directing, organizing and administering all business activities
* Team player, great personality and highly motivated
