Dec 9, 2010 — Spain's EITB reports that Spain's Attorney General, Candido Conde-Pumpido, said on Thursday that he intends to seek prison sentences of three to eight years for the more than one hundred air-traffic controllers who participated in the wildcat strike that closed Spanish air space last Friday and Saturday. The air traffic controllers' actions may be considered a crime of sedition under Spain's Criminal Law Procedure of Air Navigation.
