Kiboko is one of Malawi’s leading tourism enterprises with a total of over 80 employees. The enterprise consists of a comfortable middle class 12 bed rooms hotel (Kiboko Town Hotel) situated in the heart of Lilongwe (capital Malawi), a luxury 8 bed rooms lodge (Africa House) just outside Lilongwe, and a safari company (Kiboko Safaris) focusing on the budget and middle class. Our safaris mainly go to the famous South Luangwa National Park where we also have a permanent tented camp with our own Zambian staff. And we are expanding even more the coming years. This means we also have some vacancies in several areas of tourism. At the moment we are looking for a camp manager for our camp in South Luangwa and a lodge manager for the Africa House, but in the near future we might need more people. 

Wanted: Lodge manager in Lilongwe (Malawi) 
We are looking for a lodge manager in a luxury lodge in Lilongwe, the capital of Malawi. Our lodge consists of 8 spacious, tastefully decorated room. Most guests are business people who often stay for longer periods in the lodge. Your responsibilities as lodge manager will be checking the rooms, directing staff, host(ess) to guests, take reservations, et cetera. In short, a versatile function. In addition to working at the lodge, you will assist / manage on a frequent basis in a middle class hotel in the lively Old Town of Lilongwe. 

Requirements: preferably hospitality and cooking background, excellent social skills, management capabilities, and (work) experience in Africa. 
Period: minimal 3 months 
Rewards: housing and living + (in consulation) a small fee 

Wanted: camp manager South Luangwa National Park – Zambia 
For our permanent tented camp in South Luangwa Kiboko Safaris is in search of a camp manager who coordinates the daily operations in the camp (including the bush workshop) and manages a team of employees. As well as being the camp host to the groups of tourist who stay in the camp. 

Requirements: excellent guest service abilities, good communication skills on all levels, able to manage staff efficiently, previous bush environment experience or training advantage, knowledge about mechanics, hard working, honest, dedicated and have a high level of integrity, attention to detail essential, previous working experience in Africa. 
Period: minimal 3 months 
Rewards: housing and living, an unique experience, visits to Lilongwe
